So here I am with a few veggies on hand and they all look awesome! But what do you do if you have some onions, green apples, leeks, a green cauliflower and a celery root?

It’s a cool damp day here in Burlington, Ontario, Canada and I really needed some ‘space’ so I left LettuceLove Cafe early to get some work done. BUT- Of course I got sidetracked in the kitchen.
