Sunday, December 6th, (tomorrow) marks a really big day for us. Three years ago we opened the doors of our dream, Kelly’s Bake Shoppe. It has been an incredible 3 years and now, on top of it all, including ranking 3rd in the WORLD on Buzzfeed’s bucket list, we even have a cookbook, coming out in April 2016. It’s called Made With Love, (published by Penguin Random House).
There have been so many triumphs and learning curves thrown at us along the way and yet, here we are still standing. We do have so much to be grateful for and so much to celebrate and that is what keeps me sane every single day. I simply rejoice in all the smiles and good we are able to do for others and that is my definition of success. It’s all about, “Believing in Magic” and this is what we do every day. (see my picture at the bottom when I was 2 years old and how you could tell, I believed in the Love of Christmas).

To celebrate this day in style, Santa Claus (YAY!) and his elf, “Misty”, will be here from 10:30am to 12:30pm and there will be FREE mini cupcakes to everyone, BALLOONS, and all other cupcakes are “TWO for ONE” all day long.
To make the day even more spectacular, Burlington’s Santa Claus Parade begins at 2pm! You can shop our beautiful streets of Burlington and wait to see Mr. HO HO HO himself, as he makes his appearance at 2pm after leaving Kelly’s.
Why not make it an “all day” adventure and include Brunch at Lettuce Love Cafe? The Brunch Menu is all day and served from 10am to 5pm. The #1 Restaurant in Burlington and it’s a short 2 minute walk down the street at 399 John Street.
