The most popular drink of 2016.
Turmeric is full of Antioxidants – which is amazingly helpful for our whole body and all the stress we put on it every day. Turmeric helps and reduces inflammation and really does incredibly, wonderful things for your skin and helps with skin problems, blemishes and redness. It is also known to help the texture of your skin and moisture loss and wrinkles too.
A wonder drink that can ward off cancer (known to interfere with the development of cancer cells and is also known to kill cancer cells), diabetes, Alzheimers and improve memory functioning, this latte is addictive and works wonders to kick your caffeine habit in the morning (I’d rather be doing positive things to my body than hurt it with inflammatory caffeine). It helps to protect the gut from infection and inflammation and for those with Crohn’s and IBS, this could be the perfect digestive, soothing drink for you. Turmeric also works wonders for joint pain associated with arthritis and the anti-inflammatory properties work like magic to ease this sometimes, debilitating pain.
I love it before I go to bed to transport me into a deep, restful sleep.
