Part 2 Video – How to Make a Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie
Thank you to Medical Medium for all of this information. As I said in the video below, I have never felt better in my life and the last 6 months I have been so diligent with 16 ounces of celery juice first thing in the morning and then a heavy metal detox smoothie through the day. This discipline has paid off and I now can say I feel INCREDIBLE!

These are my supplements and what I take daily:
Zinc Sulphate – 2 droppers daily
Ester – C (2 capsules, 2 times a day)
Barley Grass Powder – for the smoothie
Vitamin D – 4000iu to 8000iu depending on the time of year
Lysine (2 capsules, 3 times a day)
Lemon Balm – tea and also a dropper full for my water
Turkey Tail medicinal mushrooms (capsule) – 2 a day
Foods to AVOID:
Gluten – fuels pathogens. One piece of toast can make your body weak with toxins and hence, harder to fight off infection.
Dairy – feeds the bad guys (bacteria and viruses). Yep.
Eggs – number #1 food source for an EB virus. It will rapidly multiply.
Pork – it’s fatty and also, the problem is the type of fat it contains…typically 12-16 hours to disperse in your body compared to other animal fats that take 3-6 hours. (Best to go vegan) 😉
Corn – corn oil, corn syrup, grain alcohol, corn meal. It all feeds a virus.
Soy – One of the main problems with soy is that it is relatively high fat content which harbours GMO information and high concentrations of pesticides and herbicides. Try look for non-GMO and organic but it’s hard to guarantee the purity of it.
This is an easy way to sustain your energy and stay in great health….Even when we are stressed out with the world right now. Don’t forget to meditate and take some “pausing” time for yourself through the day too. Moments to simply be still and be connected to source to stay in your heart. This heals….
