Don’t underestimate the power of being IN your life!
The word meditation means, “to become familiar with”, and I’ve been digging deeply into this world a lot lately. The process of being IN my life and not a spectator. The process of owning my very own passion, my joy, my desires, my heart and not shrinking with self-doubt.
As I’ve become more familiar with the thoughts, behaviours and emotions of my ‘old self’, I’m ‘retiring’ that old self. It’s a practice 24/7 – and not just in meditation. It is a process to move through and become more and more aware of what comes into my mind and become a witness to my emotions and reactions in life.
This book has helped immensely for me to empower my journey and put so much into practice. Becoming Supernatural by Dr. Joe Dispenza (I bought the audio version on Audible as well). It is magical. (Here is a link for his meditation CD’s)
It is true that we must unlearn before we relearn, we have to break the habit of our old self to become our new self. We have to un-fire and un-wire our neurons and synaptic connections to re-fire and re-wire new healthy emotions that serve our soul and passion. We have to unmemorize these old, built up emotions stored in the body (at a very cellular level) to a new mind and to a new emotion.
When there is a vibrational match between your energy and that potential that exists in the quantum field (of all possibilities), and you lock into that frequency – and if you keep revisiting that energetic signature (energy) every single day as a practice, then you become that “manifestation vortex’ that draws all of your magical experiences that you could ever dream of to you. A new job? New home? New relationship? A greater love in your life? It is the Law of Attraction at work that will manifest all of your joy and dreams.
Remember: The heart produces the strongest electromagnetic field in the body – 5000 times greater in strength than the field produced in you brain. So when you begin to feel the emotions of love and joy from your heart centre, you’re broadcasting a new signature into the quantum field. There is no greater power than love.
Love is all there is. 🙏
